A serviced apartment is a fully furnished, self-contained flat available for short or long stays. It combines the space and privacy of a home with the convenience of hotel-style services — things like Wi-Fi, housekeeping, fresh linen, and guest support.
You get more space, more privacy, and the freedom to cook, live, and work in your own apartment. No cramped rooms, no hidden charges for basics.
Booking & Payments
Always BookDirect. It cuts out third-party fees and guarantees the lowest rate plus better flexibility if your plans change.
We accept all major debit and credit cards. For corporate clients, approved invoicing is available.
Yes. A refundable pre-authorisation is placed on your card before arrival. This protects against damage, lost keys, or breaches of house rules.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 3:00pm. Check-out is by 11:00am.
Often, yes — for an additional fee and subject to availability. Request in advance so we can plan cleaning and handover.
You’ll receive access instructions before arrival. This may be via a smart lock, lockbox, or a personal handover depending on the building.
Yes. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for the lead guest. If the cardholder isn’t present, pre-verification is needed.
Guests & House Rules
Daytime visitors may be allowed with prior notice. Overnight visitors must be registered on the booking.
No. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. Breaches result in immediate removal with no refund and recovery of costs.
It won’t fly. Unregistered overnight guests breach safety, insurance, and licensing rules. Add them to the booking beforehand or risk cancellation.
The lead guest must be 21 or older. Corporate bookings may be exempt with prior approval.
No. All apartments are non-smoking. Smoking indoors will incur cleaning and remediation charges.
Some apartments are pet-friendly with prior approval (fees may apply). Assistance dogs are always welcome.
Cleaning & Housekeeping
Yes. Your apartment is professionally cleaned before arrival, with fresh linen and towels provided.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a weekly refresh of linen and towels is included. Additional cleaning can be booked.

Facilities & Amenities
Yes. Fast Wi-Fi is included in all apartments.
Yes. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, cookware, and utensils for everyday meals.
Most apartments include a washer/dryer. Where they don’t, we’ll point you to the nearest laundrette.
Varies by property — some have on-site or permit parking, others use local paid options. Check the listing or ask before arrival.
Safety & Security
Yes. All apartments have smoke detectors and, where required, carbon monoxide detectors. Fire safety information is provided in every unit.
Never inside. Some buildings may have CCTV in communal areas. At select sites, calibrated noise sensors are installed to prevent parties.

Long Stays & Corporate

Yes, for long stays — at your own risk. Short-stay guests should not use the apartment address for mail.

Private & VIP Guests
Yes. We handle VIP and private bookings with absolute discretion. Additional privacy measures can be arranged on request.
After Your Stay
After checkout and inspection, the pre-authorisation is released. Most banks show the funds within 3–10 working days.
Lost property is held for 14 days. Return shipping is charged at cost.
